Velocity HoldCo, LLC, , is the holding company for Velocity Risk Underwriters, LLC (“Velocity Risk”), Velocity Claims, LLC (“Velocity Claims”) and Velocity Specialty Insurance Company (“Velocity Specialty”) (collectively “Velocity” or “we”, “us”, or “our”). Velocity HoldCo., LLC is a Delaware limited liability company with corporate offices located in Tennessee. Insurance products are offered through Velocity Risk and underwritten by Velocity Specialty an AM Best (A-) rated E&S carrier domiciled in Delaware, with corporate offices at 10 Burton Hills Blvd., Suite 300B, Nashville, TN 37215, along with other insurers.

Velocity Risk, the Managing General Agency, provides underwriting services for Velocity Specialty and other surplus lines insurers, and develops insurance policies from retail agents and wholesale brokers. Velocity Risk does not solicit insurance directly from the public and underwrites policies using Non-Admitted Carriers. Some products available through Velocity Risk may only be available in certain states.
